Shandong Jiangkai Metal Products Co., Ltd. has been a make-to-drawing OEM works since 2002, casting and machining custom parts and OEM metal components from 2D drawings, 3D files, samples, and worn parts. We review each part before quotation, then cast, machine, finish, and inspect it in-house.

Project details can be reviewed case by case. Trial orders are useful for confirming fit, process route, inspection requirements, and future bulk production needs.

Quality control covers drawing review, material and process confirmation, casting and machining process control, dimensional inspection, surface treatment review, packing review, and a final shipment check. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified steel-casting works, with the certificate held by our same-factory affiliate Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting, and we issue our own EN 10204 3.1 material test reports plus mechanical and non-destructive testing on request.
