Yes. For oilfield ESP cable protectors and cross-coupling clamp bodies, send the drawing or sample, tubing and coupling dimensions, cable envelope, material, quantity, finish, and inspection requirements.

Yes. The manufacturing factory in Gaomi was established in 2002. JK Casting supplies build-to-print castings and CNC-machined components. Resin-coated sand casting and lost-wax investment casting are the two casting routes. Materials, finishing, inspection, and delivery requirements are confirmed for each order.

Please send 2D drawings or 3D files, samples if available, material grade, quantity and annual usage, tolerance requirements, surface treatment, application environment, and delivery requirements.

Yes. Samples are helpful when drawings are incomplete or when replacement parts need manufacturing feasibility review.

Project details can be reviewed case by case. Trial orders are useful for confirming fit, process route, inspection requirements, and future bulk production needs.

Quality control includes drawing review, material and process confirmation, dimensional checks, surface condition, packing, and shipment checks. The published ISO 9001:2015 certificate is held by same-factory affiliate Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting for processing of steel castings. Material report type, specialist tests, traceability, and issuing organizations are agreed before ordering.
