Yes. For oilfield ESP cable protectors and cross-coupling clamp bodies, send the drawing or sample, tubing and coupling dimensions, cable envelope, material, quantity, finish, and inspection requirements.

Yes. The casting factory has been operating since 2002. JK Casting supplies sand casting and lost-wax investment casting, plus CNC machining of those castings. Welded fabrications and stamped parts are quoted with castings or as separate orders. Regular materials are carbon steel, grey iron and ductile iron. Castings are made to drawing in a wide range of weights and sizes and are quoted per part.

Please send 2D drawings or 3D files, samples if available, material grade, quantity and annual usage, tolerance requirements, surface treatment, application environment, and delivery requirements.

Yes. After tooling is agreed, samples can be made first, and the sample lead time is confirmed in the quotation. Samples help when a drawing is incomplete or a replacement part needs review. Small trial batches are accepted.

Yes. One order can cover sand casting and lost-wax investment casting, CNC machining, finishing, inspection and export packing. Welded fabrications and stamped parts are quoted with castings or as separate orders. The quotation names the route for your part.

Yes. Surface treatment requirements can be reviewed according to corrosion resistance, appearance, protection, packing, and application needs.

Yes. The minimum order is flexible and small trial batches are accepted. A trial confirms fit, the process route and inspection before a repeat order.

We run sand casting and lost-wax investment casting. The route is chosen from the drawing, material and quantity.

Sand casting is typically held to ISO 8062 CT8-CT10, depending on part geometry. Investment casting (lost wax) is typically held to ISO 8062 CT5-CT7, depending on part geometry. Machined features are finished to the drawing, commonly within ±0.02-0.05 mm, depending on the feature.

Lead time is confirmed in each quotation because it depends on quantity, part complexity and whether new tooling is needed. Small trial batches are accepted.

Common grades cover three families:

• Grey iron: GG20, GG25 and GG30 (HT200, HT250, HT300); ASTM A48 Class 30, 35 and 40; EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250 and EN-GJL-300.
• Ductile iron: GGG40, GGG50 and GGG60 (QT400-15, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3, within the QT400-QT600 range); ASTM A536 60-40-18, 65-45-12 and 80-55-06; EN-GJS-400-15, EN-GJS-450-10, EN-GJS-500-7 and EN-GJS-600-3.
• Carbon steel: ASTM A216 WCB, with WCC when the drawing calls for it; ZG230-450 and ZG270-500. ASTM A27 is a common reference and is confirmed per drawing.

1020 and 1045 are wrought designations and need a cast-versus-wrought check. GB 25#, 35# and 45# are inquiry cross-references only, with the same cast-versus-wrought caveat. The full cross-reference table is on the material selection page.

Alloy steel and high-manganese grades are reviewed per drawing for suitable geometry; they are not common stock grades. Other grades on the drawing are reviewed part by part. Listed equivalents are approximate: the drawing's standard and acceptance criteria govern, and substitution needs buyer approval.

Quality control includes drawing review, material and process confirmation, dimensional checks, surface condition, packing, and shipment checks. Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers processing of steel castings and is valid to 2027-04-21. Material report type, specialist tests, traceability, and issuing organizations are agreed before ordering.

Die casting is not offered. Aluminium and bronze are not regular materials. Regular materials are carbon steel, ductile iron and grey iron; stainless and alloy steel are reviewed part by part.

There is no fixed upper part-weight limit. Each casting is reviewed from its drawing, and the process, tooling and price are quoted per part.

Welded fabrications and stamped parts are quoted with castings or as separate orders. Standalone machining-only orders are outside the supply scope.

JK Casting exports to the USA, Australia, the UAE, Russia, South Korea and Japan. Other destinations are reviewed with the order.

Our ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) certificate covers the processing of steel castings and is valid to 2027-04-21. It is issued in the name of Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting Co., Ltd., the same company as Shandong Jiangkai Metal Products Co., Ltd. Inspection equipment is in-house.
