Certificate and company
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers the processing of steel castings and is valid to 2027-04-21. It is issued to Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting Co., Ltd., the same company as Shandong Jiangkai Metal Products Co., Ltd. The foundry has operated in Gaomi since 2002. About 5,000 tons a year, about 60 staff.
Inspection records
Inspection equipment is in-house. The methods and records are agreed per order. A 3.1 certificate, dimensional report, hardness result, or first-article record is issued only when the order asks for it. See quality control and the first-article approval guide.
Separate orders
Welded fabrications and stamped parts can be ordered on their own.
Welded fabrications and stamped parts are quoted with castings or as separate orders. Standalone machining-only orders are outside the supply scope. Die casting is not offered. Heat treatment and galvanizing are arranged to the agreed specification.
Repeat supply
A repeat order starts from the approved record.
Send the approved drawing revision, the quantity, and any change to material, tolerances, or inspection. Use the repeat casting order release checklist to compare the new release with the approved record, and the first-article guide when a sample still has to be signed off. Lead time is confirmed in the quotation according to quantity and complexity.

Capability boundaries
Casting processes are sand casting and lost-wax investment casting. Regular materials are carbon steel, ductile iron and grey iron. Stainless and alloy steel are reviewed part by part. There is no fixed upper part-weight limit. Each part is reviewed from its drawing. See the casting processes.
