Manufacturing Capabilities

Sand casting and investment casting for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, and grey iron parts.

In-house lathes and machining centers finish-machine cast or forged components to drawing tolerances.

Painting, powder and spray coating, blackening, zinc plating, and hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A153/A123 where specified, plus heat treatment such as carburizing and solution treatment, and export packing support.

Carbon steel (20, 35, 45 and WCB), alloy steel (13CrMo, 30CrMo, 35CrMo, 42CrMo and other Cr-Mo grades), stainless steel (304, 316, CF8M), ductile iron (QT400-18 to QT700-2), and grey iron (HT150 to HT300), with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates issued by our own works.

In-house pattern and mould support from drawings, samples, or worn parts. Tooling cost can be credited against orders.

ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) certified production for steel castings, with the certificate held by our same-factory affiliate Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting. In-house material test reports (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection, mechanical testing for tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness, and non-destructive flaw detection are available on request.
