Materials

Regular material families are carbon steel, ductile iron, and grey iron. Alloy steel, stainless steel, and other special grades require confirmation against the drawing, casting route, and required material documents.

Tooling

Pattern and mould requirements are reviewed from drawings, samples, or part data. The quotation defines tooling scope, charges, ownership, and any agreed credit against production orders.

Quality & Testing

The published ISO 9001:2015 certificate is held by same-factory affiliate Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting and covers processing of steel castings. Dimensional checks and any material, mechanical, or non-destructive test requirements are defined before production, including sampling, acceptance criteria, and the report issuer.

Manufacturing scope

Our core work is build-to-print castings and CNC-machined castings. For projects needing other materials or operations, we review the complete production requirements. Two casting routes

Resin-coated sand casting and lost-wax investment casting. Geometry, surface requirements, machining allowance, and quantity determine the route.

Regular material families

Carbon steel, ductile iron, and grey iron. Specify the exact grade and standard; stainless steel, alloy steel, and other special materials require part-specific confirmation.

Finishing and specialist tests

Heat treatment, coating, mechanical tests, and non-destructive testing are agreed before ordering. The quotation confirms the agreed process, acceptance criteria, and required records.

Supplier qualification documents
