What JK Casting supplies for this product line
- Casting route: resin-coated sand casting and lost-wax investment casting, with the material and route confirmed for each part. Our regular material families include carbon steel, ductile iron, and grey iron. Stainless steel and alloy steel require separate part-specific feasibility confirmation.
- Supply condition: raw casting, or casting plus CNC-machined interfaces (holes, faces, pin bores). List any required pins, bolts, nuts, washers, and retaining parts separately. Their inclusion and sourcing feasibility must be confirmed in the quotation.
- Factory: Shandong Jiangkai Metal Products Co., Ltd. (JK Casting), Gaomi City, Shandong Province, China. Manufacturing factory established in 2002.
- Certification: castings are produced at an ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) certified works. The certificate is held by our same-factory affiliate, Gaomi Changrong Precision Casting Co., Ltd.; certified scope is processing of steel castings, valid to 2027-04-21 (certifier: POCNC).
